Our Swing Bed Program is designed to serve those individuals who are in a transition phase of illness or recovery until discharged. It is used for a second level of medically-supervised care, and is specially designed to fill the gap between the patient's hospital stay and going home.

Jeneen Haddix, Family Nurse Practitioner, is now welcoming new patients at Lawrenceburg Family Practice (1004 West Park Dr., Ste. B, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). From sick visits, to routine wellness exams, count on Jeneen for family medicine, close to home. She is accepting patients ages 4 and up!
