Bluegrass Community Hospital Welcomes Full-Time Orthopedic Surgeon, Shawn L. Price, MD, to Versailles

VERSAILLES, Ky. (August 28, 2024) – Bluegrass Community Hospital (BGCH) is proud to welcome Shawn L. Price, MD, to its team of surgeons. Dr. Price joins the team at Kentucky Orthopaedics & Spine’s Versailles location and brings extensive expertise in orthopedic medicine to Woodford County. The addition of Dr. Price enables BGCH to treat community members with emergent fractures and bone displacements.

Shawn L. Price, MD, joins the team after more than a decade of experience. Price graduated medical school from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH and completed orthepaedic surgery residency and an internship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. He also completed a Sarcoma Advanced Research and Clinical Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Oncology/Sarcoma at the University of Utah Huntsman Cancer Institute, in Salt Lake City, UT.
